Mammina & Ajlouny, P.C. is a full service law firm specializing in commercial law. Our practice areas include creditor's rights , real estate law, bankruptcy, contract drafting, vendor documents, Uniform Commercial Code and receivables management. In addition, we have developed considerable expertise in the defense of suits and counter-claims filed against our creditor clients.
Our firm has established a formidable reputation in our legal community of fully and aggressively pursuing each matter placed with us. Our clients realize higher percentage returns on matters handled on their behalf, with a minimum of inconvenience and down time to their staff.
Expertise and familiarity with the law and with the Judges and Court systems in which we practice has enabled us to, in most situations, expedite the normal course of litigation and, consequently, the ultimate objectives sought by the client. We also undertake collection of judgments of all states against debtors in Michigan and we have developed a nation-wide network of "local" counsel which has proven effective when needed to domesticate and collect Michigan judgments against non-Michigan residents.
Our fees are very competitive and, unlike many other firms, you will almost always be able to actually speak to an attorney to answer your questions during normal business hours.
